Mobile banking has become an important part of customers' everyday lives, as it brings them the convenience of making transactions from anywhere and at any time. Therefore, this paper discusses factors affecting the adoption of mobile banking by integrating The extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 with Diffusion of innovations. Data were collected through a survey of 429 individual mobile banking users with convenience sampling, and PLS-SEM was used for analysis. Findings indicate that compatibility with lifestyle and individual needs moderates the relationship between performance expectancy and intention to use and between effort expectancy and intention to use mobile banking and other factors. Based on these findings, the author has some important implications for management theory and practice.
